Q: How can I access my accounts online? How much does it cost?
A: Any of our branch bankers can set you up with a custom access ID and Password. From there you can see your current activity, access copies of your statements and checks, and pay your bills online 24 hours per day 7 days per week. Online access with Bill Pay is a service we provide free to our customers.
Q: Does Resurgens Bank have a deposit “cutoff” time?
A: No. All deposits made during regular weekday banking hours within our branch will be credit on the day of deposit.
Q: What is an automatic transfer?
A: Automatic Transfer is a free service we provide that allows you to transfer money between two accounts on a recurring basis. When you sign up for Automatic Transfer, you choose the account that you want take money from, the account that you want to receive the money, the amount you would like to continually transfer and what day or days you would like the transfer to occur. For example, you could sign up to transfer $50 from your checking account to your savings account on the 15th of every month. Then you sit back and watch your savings account grow while we automatically take care of transferring $50 every month from checking into savings.

Q: What does APY mean?
A: Annual Percentage Yield. This is the amount of interest you would earn in one year if the interest is compounded. The accrued interest must be left in the account to achieve the stated APY.
