James M. Baker is president of the Chaseland Corporation, an Atlanta-based commercial real estate development company, and Baker & Lassiter, Inc., an Atlanta-based asset management company. During his 37 year real estate career, Mr. Baker has focused on the development of shopping centers, office and medical buildings, industrial parks, industrial buildings, and multi-family residential developments. 

Charles S. Conklin, III is vice president of Old Peachtree Estates, a commercial real estate development company in the Atlanta area. He received his B.S. from Washington and Lee University and his law and MBA degrees from Georgia State University. 

Gary Dorminey, is the Chairman of the Board for Resurgens Bancorp and the Bank. Former CEO of Community First Bank in Carrolton. Gary built a management team that transitioned a failing S&L into a well respected state chartered bank, including a successful IPO in 1997. In 2002, the bank was sold to BB&T. 

Charles M. DeWitt, III, President & CEO – Charles has over 25 years in the banking industry. He is the founding CEO of Resurgens Bank and its holding company Resurgens Bancorp, which opened its doors to the public in June 2008. Charles has experience in many aspects of banking including retail, commercial lending, credit, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. He received formal credit training with Trust Company of Georgia (now known as SunTrust), a BS from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at LSU. Since 1995, he and his family have resided in the neighborhoods around Northlake, in DeKalb County, where he has coached basketball at Briarlake Church and soccer at TYSA.  He has served on the Board of Trustees for the Northlake Community Alliance, board member of One Hundred Days, a not-for-profit building a hospital in Rwanda, and board member of Intown Community School Foundation.

William W. Guerry is the founder of Nexus Intelligence, LLC, a technology company that mines data of financial institutions to generate new cross sell opportunities to existing customer base.  Previously, Mr. Guerry was vice president of product development and product management with Allure Global, Inc., Damballa, Inc. and SecureWorks, Inc. (now Dell SecureWorks), the largest managed security service provider in the world. He received his B.A. from the University of the South and his MBA from Vanderbilt University.

Joseph W. Odom, Jr. is a CPA and president of Joseph W. Odom, Jr., P.C., which principally provides litigation support services to the Chamberlain Hrdlicka, White, Williams & Martin law firm. Formerly, he was employed by the Internal Revenue Service. He received his B.S. from Georgia State University. He currently serves as a leader with the Boy Scouts.

Lee Van Dyke is a partner with Bank Financial Services Group, a national consulting firm that specializes in the implementation of nonqualified retirement plans for financial institutions and bank-owned life insurance financing strategies. He was previously a bank examiner for the OCC. He received his B.S. from Vanderbilt University and his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
